How C3 Bullion collects, uses, retains, and protects information submitted through its investor website, and the rights available to U.S. residents under applicable state privacy laws.
Last updated: September 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how C3 Bullion, Inc. ("C3 Bullion," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, retains, and protects information submitted through our investor website located at c3bullion.com (the "Site"). This Policy applies to visitors and prospective investors who use the Site to learn about, request information about, or express interest in our Regulation D, Rule 506(c) offering.
We are committed to handling personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable U.S. state privacy laws. By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.
01
Information We Collect
We collect only the personal information that is necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if you choose to proceed, to evaluate your eligibility as an accredited investor and provide offering materials. We do not require you to create an account, and the Site does not process any payment information.
a.Information you provide directly
When you submit our contact form, you provide your name, email address, and any message you choose to include. If you request offering materials or begin the investor qualification process, we may additionally collect your mailing address, telephone number, employer or affiliation, accredited-investor verification details, and any information you voluntarily provide in correspondence with us.
b.Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may log standard technical information when you visit the Site, such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used for security, site stability, and aggregate analytics, and is not used to identify you personally except as required to protect the Site.
The Site does not currently use advertising cookies, advertising networks, or cross-site tracking pixels. We do not sell personal information, as "sale" is defined under applicable U.S. state law.
02
How We Use Information
We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:
a.To respond to your inquiry and provide the information you request about C3 Bullion and our offering.
b.To verify accredited-investor status as required under Regulation D, Rule 506(c), and to determine eligibility to receive offering documents.
c.To communicate with you about the offering, related updates, and, if you proceed, the status of your participation.
d.To maintain records as required by applicable securities laws, including records of accredited-investor verification and investor communications.
e.To operate, secure, and improve the Site and to detect, prevent, or address technical issues, fraud, or abuse.
f.To comply with our legal obligations and enforce our rights and the terms governing the Site.
We do not use personal information for targeted advertising, and we do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
The Site uses only essential cookies or similar technologies necessary for basic functionality and security. We do not currently deploy advertising cookies, third-party advertising pixels, or social-media tracking tags. If we introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required, provide appropriate notice and choices before relying on them.
04
Third-Party Tools and Platforms
We rely on the following categories of third parties to operate the Site and process inquiries:
a.Contact-form and CRM provider. The contact form embedded on the Site is provided and processed by VirtualAD (or its successor). When you submit the form, your submitted information is transmitted to and stored by this provider on our behalf so that our team can review and follow up on your inquiry.
b.Web hosting and infrastructure. The hosting provider that delivers the Site to your browser maintains standard server logs as described above.
c.Communications providers. Email or messaging services we use to respond to you and send requested materials.
Each third party is permitted to handle personal information only as necessary to provide the service we have engaged them to perform and in accordance with applicable law. We do not authorize them to sell your personal information.
05
Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including any recordkeeping obligations imposed by U.S. securities laws and regulations. Inquiry and accreditation-verification records may be retained for the period required to document Rule 506(c) compliance, which may extend for several years following the relevant offering. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it, except where retention is required by law.
06
Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. These measures include access controls, encryption in transit, and vendor oversight. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you are an accredited investor proceeding through our formal qualification process, additional verification documents you provide will be handled under the procedures disclosed to you at that stage.
07
Your Privacy Rights
If you are a resident of a U.S. state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law (such as California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Utah), you may have the right to:

b.Request correction of inaccurate personal information;
